We do our best to make sure your shopping experience is easy and stress free. To achieve this all US orders over $350, come with free ground shipping. Furthermore, every order gets shipped with insurance and requires a signature on delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement. Romans Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Made to order and personalized orders may take 3-6 WEEKS TO SHIP.

MAINTAINING THE SURPRISE

We understand that jewelry is often bought as a surprise gift. To maintain the level of surprise we will be happy to make accommodations such as shipping your item on a specific date, shipping to a different address or holding your gift at the FedEx/UPS center. Please give us a call to make these arrangements.

International Orders

International shipping starts at $55. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We ship to the following countries: UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, and Switzerland and many more. Depending on carrier availability in your country some orders might be shipped using UPS, or FedEx.
