Our watch repair shop is well respected in Northern California. With over 60 years of combined experience between our two watchmakers. We do all work in house.

OUR CAPABILITY

Our highly skilled watchmakers can perform factory-grade repairs on virtually any watch or pocket watches. We are authorized by many Swiss brands such as Omega, Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Montblanc, Longines and many more. We service more Rolex than any other brand. Our shop carries a large inventory of parts for many brands both antique and new. We are also able to make our own parts if necessary.

HOW TO GET YOUR WATCH REPAIRED

If you are a Sacramento or Placerville local, simply come into our shop to receive a free evaluation and estimate. Please allow 2-5 days to receive your estimate.

If you are sending in a repair, please print and fill out Watch Repair Form Send your watch using Registered Mail or other insured method; This ensures that your sensitive luxury piece arrives safely and gets into the right hands. After we receive your package we will do an evaluation and call you or email within a week to give you an estimate. If you decide to go forward with the repair we will assign a job number so you can easily track your repair. If you decide not to do the work, we will ship your item back once we receive the payment for return shipping.

Our turnaround is generally 2-4 weeks, depending on the task. After your item leaves our shop we guarantee it to be running accurately and be free of any workmanship defects. All watch repairs carry a one year warranty. Repairs on certain luxury watches, certain models of other brands Rolex and Omega, are guaranteed for two years.
