The dial is in beautiful condition but with some hairlines. Beautiful metallic blue hour, minute, and seconds hands. Inner lid case marked Cased and Timed by Elgin National Watch Co. Illinois Watch Case Co. Elgin Nickel 0295694. Its Crystal is in excellent condition with no visible scratches. Mechanical hand-wind and stem set, 7 jewel nickel movement #39387015, Grade 291, Model 7, Class 110, USA made. Case measures 52mm diameter, 15mm thick.
